World Health Day – 7 April

4 min reading time
World Health Day

On 7 April 2026 we celebrate World Health Day, an initiative of the World Health Organization (WHO). This day places health at the centre as a universal human right and emphasises the importance of prevention, a healthy lifestyle and mental well-being, both in the workplace and beyond.

Health goes beyond the absence of disease. A healthy work and living environment, attention to mental resilience and sufficient physical activity are essential for sustainable employability. By making health a topic of discussion and providing practical tools, organisations can reduce stress, increase productivity and enhance job satisfaction.

Health and well-being as a foundation for resilient teams

At teams•in•motion we believe that healthy employees are the driving force of a successful organisation. Around World Health Day we organise inspiring activities & programmes, such as:

Sports Teambuilding & Vitality Day

Workshops on Healthy Lifestyle

Active sessions such as Office Workout, Bootcamp, …

Relaxing sessions such as Breathing Techniques, Mindfulness, …

Our Programmes combine theory, practice and hands-on exercises to create a lasting impact on the health and well-being of employees.
