Start your day with an inspiring workshop on strengthening your immune system. You’ll discover how movement, nutrition, sleep, and stress management contribute to a stronger immune system and more resilience – both physically and mentally.
10:00 – 11:00 | Bespoke Movement Session
An active group session full of energy! Choose from Full Body Blitz, Pilates, BBB, Stretch & Relax and more. Our coach adapts the exercises to everyone’s level, so that everyone can participate safely and enjoyably.
11:00 – 12:30 | Cooking Workshop “Healthy Lunch”
Cooking together as a team creates connection and inspiration. Under the guidance of a nutrition coach, you prepare a healthy, delicious lunch. You’ll learn concrete tips on balanced nutrition that you can apply straight away – at work and at home.
12:30 – 13:00 | Lunch Together
Enjoy the dishes you made together. A moment of rest, connection and reflection.
13:00 – 14:15 | Mindful Walk
A peaceful walk combined with mindfulness techniques. Ideal for letting go of stress, clearing your head, and living more consciously in the moment. This session promotes focus, calm, and mental clarity.
14:30 – 16:00 | Workshop “Stress & Resilience”
An engaging workshop full of insights on stress management and mental resilience. You learn how to deal with pressure and change, so that you stand stronger in your shoes – at work and in life.
16:00 – 16:15 | Reflection & Closing
We close the day with a thank-you and a refreshing drink. A moment to share insights and experiences, and to find the motivation for lasting change towards a healthier lifestyle.
