When collaboration comes under pressure
Is collaboration within your team struggling or do you feel it could be better? Are tensions palpable, frustrations left unspoken, or decisions insufficiently supported?
Targeted team coaching can make the difference.
In our team coaching, we work on what is currently hindering collaboration and on what can once again enable trust, ownership, and momentum.
Not through non-committal team building or superficial conversations, but through targeted guidance that makes visible what is really happening in the collaboration.
Because sustainable team performance emerges when people communicate clearly, take responsibility, make tensions discussable, and dare to trust each other again.
Every programme is fully tailored to the reality, challenges, and goals of your team or organisation.
How does a programme work?
Intake Interview
We start with a thorough team scan in which we gain insight into the current collaboration, tensions, patterns, and challenges within the team.
We investigate where energy is being lost, where collaboration is blocked, and which dynamics are currently impacting trust, communication, and ownership.
This allows us to clearly map where the team stands today and what is needed to create momentum again.
Team Coaching Day
During the team coaching day, we actively work on what is visibly and invisibly at play within the team.
Through targeted exercises, reflection, dialogue, and experiential working methods, we create not only insight, but also concrete change in behaviour, communication, and collaboration.
We work around themes that are relevant and necessary for the team at that moment.
Debrief
Afterwards, we discuss the key insights, patterns, and points of attention.
We look together at what actions are needed to sustainably strengthen the collaboration and how the team can take greater responsibility in day-to-day practice.
This way, the coaching does not stop after one day, but forms a shared foundation for continued growth.

A Customised Programme
No two teams are the same. That is why we always work on a tailored basis, taking into account the context, team size, challenges, and goals of your organisation.
Sometimes one powerful intervention day is sufficient, sometimes a longer programme is needed.
This guidance is not intended as classic team building or a quick motivation boost. We work with teams that are willing to look honestly at their collaboration and want to take responsibility for change.
We offer this as a standalone trajectory, but it also integrates seamlessly with our leadership programmes and other organisational trajectories.
