On 20 March 2026 we celebrate worldwide the International Day of Happiness, an initiative proclaimed by the United Nations in 2012. This day emphasises the importance of wellbeing and happiness as a universal human right and an essential factor for sustainable development and a healthy society.
Happiness is not only about personal satisfaction, but also about creating conditions in which people feel connected, valued and resilient. In organisations, workplace happiness plays a crucial role: happy employees are more creative, more productive and better able to withstand stress and change.
Workplace happiness as the foundation for resilient teams
At teams•in•motion, we believe that happiness and wellbeing do not arise by chance, but can be deliberately developed and strengthened. Around the International Day of Happiness, we therefore offer inspiring programmes and interactive sessions, such as:
Workshops on Positive Psychology
Hands‑on sessions such as Mindfulness, Journaling, …
Workshops on Resilience & Personal Leadership
Programmes on Team Cohesion & Collaboration
Our Programmes combine theory, practice and experience‑based exercises to make a lasting impact on employees’ wellbeing and happiness.
