On 28 February 2026, the International RSI Day takes place, a worldwide initiative to raise awareness about repetitive strain injury (RSI), workplace ergonomics and the importance of prevention. This day invites organisations to reflect on the impact of RSI and how together we can create a healthy, ergonomic and sustainable work culture.
RSI is a collective term for complaints arising from repetitive movements, prolonged computer use or incorrect posture. Without timely intervention, these complaints can lead to pain, reduced productivity and even long‑term absenteeism. By making RSI a topic for discussion and providing practical tools, we enhance employee wellbeing and prevent health problems.
Prevention is better than cure – strengthen ergonomics and your team’s wellbeing
At teams•in•motion, we believe that sustainable employability begins with awareness and prevention. That is why, around International RSI Day, we offer a series of activities and workshops, including:
Workshops on Workplace Ergonomics & RSI Prevention
Hands‑on sessions such as an Office Workout, Strength & Mobility session, …
Workshops on a Healthy Lifestyle
Our Programmes are designed to make teams more energetic, resilient and productive. With a combination of theory, practice and hands‑on sessions, we ensure a sustainable impact on the physical and mental health of your employees.
