On 28 February 2026, the International RSI Day takes place, a worldwide initiative to raise awareness about repetitive strain injury (RSI), workplace ergonomics and the importance of prevention. This day invites organisations to reflect on the impact of RSI and how together we can create a healthy, ergonomic and sustainable work culture.

RSI is a collective term for complaints arising from repetitive movements, prolonged computer use or incorrect posture. Without timely intervention, these complaints can lead to pain, reduced productivity and even long‑term absenteeism. By making RSI a topic for discussion and providing practical tools, we enhance employee wellbeing and prevent health problems.
