During this individual fitness test, two employees are guided for 1.5 hours by a professional health coach. Through short physical tests and measurements, participants gain a complete picture of their physical fitness and areas of attention.

  • Body composition measurement via Tanita scale
  • Posture and movement analysis via Bunkai Motion Analysis
