With the Group fitness test at the workplace, your employees discover their physical fitness in a fun and accessible way. Everyone can participate – regardless of age or sporting experience – and receives personal results, including comparison with peers of the same age and gender. It is the ideal combination of teambuilding and learning about physical health.

What can you expect?

Our dynamic system is ideal for Teambuildings, Health & Safety Days and Vitality Days.

Up to 22 participants per 2 hours take part in an efficient rotation system with short physical tests, supervised by a professional health coach.

The test measures various aspects of fitness in an accessible and professional way:

  • Strength, flexibility and mobility

  • Endurance and recovery capacity

  • Body composition and overall physical health

The session consists of various short exercises and measurements that assess, among others, core strength, balance, explosive power, reaction speed and muscle strength. The session is motivating, with a combination of warm-up, short tests, stretching exercises and debriefing. Each participant receives a personal result sheet and there is room for individual questions.

The Group fitness test at the workplace is suitable for all employees, from beginners to advanced. It is a fun, accessible activity that brings teams together, stimulates vitality and gives employees insight into their personal fitness.
