International Stress Awareness Week

From 3 to 7 November 2025, the International Stress Awareness Week will take place, a worldwide initiative to raise awareness about stress, workload and the importance of mental well-being. This week invites organisations to reflect on the impact of stress and how we can work together to build a healthy, resilient workplace culture.

Stress is a natural part of life, but prolonged or excessive stress can negatively affect our health, productivity and relationships. By making stress a topic of discussion and providing tools, we can increase resilience and prevent burnout.
