Healthy almond cake

Ingredients

  • 🍌 3 ripe bananas
  • 🥚 3 large eggs
  • 🌰 2 cups almond flour
  • ⭐ 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 🌼 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 🍯 1 tablespoon honey
  • 🧂 a pinch of salt

Preparation method

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, eggs, honey, and vanilla.
  3. Add the almond flour, baking powder, and salt, and gently fold from the bottom up.
  4. Line a rectangular baking tin with parchment paper.
  5. Pour the mixture into the baking tin and smooth it out evenly.
  6. Bake the cake for 45–55 minutes until golden brown.
