Ingredients
- 🍌 3 ripe bananas
- 🥚 3 large eggs
- 🌰 2 cups almond flour
- ⭐ 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 🌼 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 🍯 1 tablespoon honey
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
Preparation method
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, eggs, honey, and vanilla.
- Add the almond flour, baking powder, and salt, and gently fold from the bottom up.
- Line a rectangular baking tin with parchment paper.
- Pour the mixture into the baking tin and smooth it out evenly.
- Bake the cake for 45–55 minutes until golden brown.
