On 10 October, the world reflects on the importance of mental health during World Mental Health Day. This international day, proclaimed by the World Health Organization (WHO), aims to draw worldwide attention to mental well-being and the challenges people face. The theme differs each year, but the core remains the same: mental health is essential for everyone.

Too often there is still a taboo on psychological vulnerability. World Mental Health Day seeks to break that taboo and call for greater openness, understanding, and connectedness. It is an opportunity not only to reflect on problems but also on the opportunities to strengthen resilience and well-being – at work, at home, and in society.
