13:30 – 15:30 | Group fitness test
An accessible, interactive fitness test measuring endurance, strength and flexibility. Includes personalised tips to improve vitality.
15:30 – 16:30 | Exercise session of your choice
A dynamic workout selected by your team, such as Full Body Blitz, Office Workout or “Strengthen Your Back”. Suitable for all levels and tailored to your team.
17:00 – 18:30 | Cooking workshop & Mocktail Shake-Up
Prepare a healthy meal together in a Healthy Lunch Cooking Workshop, guided by a nutrition coach. We finish with a refreshing mocktail for a relaxed atmosphere and fresh inspiration.
