<p><strong>08:30 – 10:30 | Group Fitness Assessment</strong><br />
An interactive <a href="https://teams-in-motion.com/activiteiten/fitheidstest-groep-werkvloer/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">group fitness test</a> covering endurance, strength and flexibility. Results are shared (discreetly) together with tips to improve your fitness. </p>
<p><strong>10:45 – 12:00 | Movement Session “Care for Your Back”</strong><br />
A healthy back is essential in your job. In this session you learn exercises and techniques to prevent back issues and strengthen your body—practical and directly applicable on the work floor.  </p>
<p><strong>12:00 – 12:30 | Healthy Lunch</strong><br />
A nutritious lunch with fresh, healthy ingredients. Designed to energise without weighing you down—perfect for the alternating rhythms of shift work. </p>
<p><strong>12:30 – 14:00 | Workshop “Stress Management &amp; Relaxation Techniques”</strong><br />
During this <a href="https://teams-in-motion.com/activiteiten/stress-veerkracht-masterclass/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">session</a>, you learn to recognise stress and manage it effectively. Discover simple relaxation techniques to find calm—even on busy workdays. </p>
