Cette journ\u00e9e invite les organisations \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 l\u2019impact du manque de sommeil et \u00e0 explorer les fa\u00e7ons dont un bon repos nocturne contribue au bien\u2011\u00eatre mental, \u00e0 la productivit\u00e9 et \u00e0 une culture de travail durable. <\/p>\n<p>Le sommeil est un besoin fondamental, aussi essentiel que l\u2019alimentation et l\u2019exercice physique. Pourtant, environ un tiers des Belges souffrent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement de probl\u00e8mes de sommeil, avec un impact sur l\u2019\u00e9nergie, la concentration et la sant\u00e9 mentale. En rendant le sommeil discutable et en fournissant des outils pratiques, nous pouvons pr\u00e9venir le manque de sommeil et lutter contre le stress et l\u2019\u00e9puisement professionnel.
