Sous la devise \u00ab <a href=\"https:\/\/www.samenveerkrachtig.be\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ensemble R\u00e9silients<\/a> \u00bb, cette p\u00e9riode est consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 la connexion, \u00e0 la sensibilisation et au renforcement de notre bien-\u00eatre mental. <\/p>\n<p>Trop souvent, nous avons tendance \u00e0 ne parler de sant\u00e9 mentale que lorsque les choses vont mal. Les 10 Jours nous invitent \u00e0 changer cela : en investissant de mani\u00e8re pr\u00e9ventive dans le bien-\u00eatre et la r\u00e9silience.
