Under the motto \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.samenveerkrachtig.be\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Together Resilient<\/a>,\u201d this period focuses on connection, awareness, and strengthening our mental well-being. <\/p>\n<p>Too often we tend to only talk about mental health when things are not going well. The 10 Days invite us to change that: by investing preventively in well-being and resilience. Because the stronger our mental foundation, the better we can cope with setbacks.  <\/p>\n<p>The 10 Days also lead up to 10 October \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/campaigns\/world-mental-health-day\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">World Mental Health Day<\/a>, a day when worldwide attention is called to mental well-being and the challenges that come with it.<\/p>\n<h3>Strengthen your team\u2019s well-being<\/h3>\n<p>At <a href=\"https:\/\/teams-in-motion.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>teams\u2022in\u2022motion<\/strong><\/a> we believe that resilience starts with awareness and practice.
