This international day, proclaimed by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">World Health Organization<\/a> (WHO), aims to draw worldwide attention to mental well-being and the challenges people face. The theme differs each year, but the core remains the same: mental health is essential for everyone.  <\/p>\n<p>Too often there is still a taboo on psychological vulnerability. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/campaigns\/world-mental-health-day\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">World Mental Health Day<\/a> seeks to break that taboo and call for greater openness, understanding, and connectedness.
