Guided by an experienced mindfulness coach, enjoy a <a href="https://teams-in-motion.com/en/activities/mindful-walk/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">mindful walk</a> in nature. A moment of relaxation and awareness, ideal for releasing stress and creating clarity. </p>
<p><strong>10:00 – 12:00 | Workshop “Growth Mindset” (Part 1)</strong><br />
